Joni learned to sail and race with her brother, well known sailor Bill Clute. She crewed on husband Grant’s Knarr boat for many years before succumbing to the comfort of a power boat. She has been a member of many committees at the St. Francis Yacht Club and chaired the Women’s Committee. Her career spans thirty years as a well-respected, successful real estate agent in San Francisco. Her service to the larger community includes several board positions with local and national charities and she actively serves in the Junior League. A native Californian, Joni graduated from Mills College majoring in Psychology.
